Returns & Refunds
At Blessedstitches, every item is prayerfully handcrafted specifically for you. Because many of our pieces are made-to-order and utilize limited, thrifted fabrics, our return policy is as follows:
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because these items are created specifically to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
The "40 Days in the Altar" Option
If you have requested that your item be placed in the Altar for 40 days, the order becomes final sale once the item has entered the sanctuary. We cannot offer cancellations or refunds on these items due to the sacred nature of the request and the extended time commitment involved.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@blessedstitches.co or via Social Media so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
In the event that a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please note: As a portion of every sale is immediately allocated to our parish renovation fund and altar flowers, we appreciate your understanding that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the fabric has been cut and the embroidery process has begun (typically after 24 hours), we can no longer cancel the order.
